To create a store, sign up for a BannuZone account, navigate to your dashboard, and click on 'Create Store'. Fill in your business details, and submit for verification. Once approved, you can start listing products.
BannuZone charges a small commission fee on successful sales. The exact percentage depends on the product category. There are no upfront listing fees.

Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
If you have an issue with an order, you can open a dispute from your dashboard. Our moderation team will review the evidence from both the buyer and seller and make a fair determination within 3-5 business days.
